Terms of service for Drobely

These terms govern your access to and use of Drobely (“the application”), provided by 4DC Services.

1. Permitted use and account responsibilities

Drobely is designed for personal wardrobe management, outfit creation, and optional peer-to-peer styling and clothes exchange. By using the platform, you agree to:

• Upload only photographs of clothing, footwear, and accessories that you own or have explicit authorisation to photograph.
• Refrain from uploading inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, or unlawful media.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Wardrobe cataloguing and user imagery

You retain full copyright and ownership of all photographs and text descriptions you upload to Drobely. By uploading content, you grant Drobely a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

3. Peer outfit sharing and clothes exchange conduct

When opting into collaborative features, such as sharing outfits with peers or arranging garment loans and swaps:

• You agree to interact respectfully with other members of the community.
• Any physical exchange, loan, purchase, or swap of clothing between users is conducted strictly between the involved parties at their own discretion and risk. Drobely acts solely as an informational coordination tool and assumes no liability for garment condition, loss, non-return, or dispute resolution.

4. Intellectual property

All underlying algorithms, software, interface designs, computer vision segmentation models, and branding associated with Drobely remain the exclusive intellectual property of 4DC Services.

5. Service availability and liability limits

While we strive for continuous service reliability, Drobely is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from service downtime or third-party cloud infrastructure interruptions.
