Example build

Enquiry to CRM, enriched and followed up

Leads arriving across a web form, DMs and a phone number land in one place, get enriched, and are followed up without relying on memory.

This is a reference design we build from — one of a set that are not delivered client projects, and the figures are estimates rather than measured results.

Trigger

Any inbound enquiry across any channel

Timeline

2-3 weeks end to end

Stack

n8n or Make · CRM API · Enrichment API · Calendar booking link · Transactional email · Google Sheets as the owner-facing view when that's genuinely what's used

Outcome

No enquiry is unacknowledged for more than a few minutes. Follow-up stops depending on the owner's memory.

The process today

Leads arrive across a web form, Instagram DMs and a phone number, land in different places, and follow-up depends on memory.

What the automation does

Normalises the lead into one record. Enriches from public company data. Scores against a simple fit rule. Creates or updates the CRM contact. Sends an immediate acknowledgement with a booking link. Starts a three-touch follow-up sequence that stops the moment the lead replies. Nudges the owner when a high-fit lead has gone 48 hours without a human touch.

Where a human stays in the loop

The fit-scoring rule and the follow-up sequence are agreed up front, and the owner is nudged directly whenever a high-fit lead needs a human touch the automation can’t provide.

What you end up owning

The workflow definition, the scoring rule, and the follow-up sequence — configured against your own CRM and enrichment source, not a shared one.
